Co-Founder
As CEO of Borba Property Group, Michael operates a property management company that has nearly 4,000 units, including more than 1,900 in Long Beach. He is also the owner of more than 100 units in Long Beach and the surrounding area. He is a California licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Property Manager, with a BA in Finance from Cal State Fullerton (2004).
Co-Founder
Michael Costa is the CFO of Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc, and has been involved in residential and multifamily investing since 2004. He is a California licensed Real Estate Broker and a CPA. He holds an MS in Accounting from the University of Virginia (2003) and a BA in accounting from Cal State Fullerton (2002).
